Please read the following information regarding the spread of COVID-19 & how Stone Guardian will be conducting services while it is spreading in our region.

We recommend but no longer require staff and clients to wear masks that cover the mouth & nose. In the event a staff member or client has respiratory symptoms, a mask that covers the mouth & nose is required. Symptoms include but are not limited to coughing, sneezing and runny nose. In the event a staff member or client is sick they are asked to cancel their appointment(s) and to stay home until such time as they are well.

Stone Guardian staff will continue to follow the best practices that we can to promote hygiene and sanitary conditions. This includes but is not limited to hand washing, sanitization of surfaces that may come into contact with staff and/or clients and the operation of UV-C air purifiers at all times of clinic operations.

You may be asked to provide the status of your vaccination to COVID-19 at some point. Providing this information is entirely voluntary. We would only ask to help us better respond quickly & decisively to potential infections of COVID-19 that may occur at Stone Guardian. Any response will be kept confidential & have no impact on your care & education at Stone Guardian.

Please understand that even with the precautions taken at Stone Guardian there is a risk of infection. By seeking care at Stone Guardian while COVID-19 is spreading in the region you are willingly consenting to have treatment and/or participate in education at Stone Guardian & understand the risks.
